really nice finds : “the secret lives of color”

i wake up, i open to a page and read about the history and importance of a specific color throughout time. did you know “baker-miller pink” had scientifically proven calming effects that weakened the strength in men and was once used to paint the cells inside of a correction facility because it reduced violence amongst inmates? shit like that. i bought it from Semicolon Books, an all black female owned bookshop in Chicago that is selling online. $18.
